lol i feel this so much jokes aside though, cleaning the interior side of your windshield can help. (soft cloth & glass/mirror cleaning spray) the less smudges on the glass, the less blinding the sun since the light won't be as scattered all over your windshield. (might be obvious to most, but i know someone who didn't realize this until i told them)
