blonde - frank ocean (2016) bought when it was first reprinted, I believe in the summer of 2023. an unbelievably special album to me. first listened as I was discovering music in 8th grade ish. couldn’t pick a favorite of all of his projects. significant memory that sticks out to me is listening to “futura free” as I was leaving calarts for the first time. felt safe, accomplished, protected. now I listen to it as a little celebration when I make progress in my career artistically! lil ritual
