I hadn't been to this part of the city since I returned to turkey and none of the other places around the city had felt good before. I immediately remembered how happy I felt when I visited the Blue Mosque, and Obelisk of Theodosius as a child. I was able to get the peaceful feeling of this place again. I realized again that it is this place, not the Bosphorus or other cool places, that makes this city worthwhile.
