imo, # is becoming the lexical ghost note, a punctuation mark that denotes (small scale) rhythm so when u see or read smth like #keep #going - it’s a micro breath/break before words, a fraction of a comma also just makes you look at & consider words differently, with a bit more mass (inertia)
