Transient: adj. Lasting only for a short time; impermanent.

There are people that may just be in your life for a brief moment of time, a connection so intense you don’t know if you are physically present. Part of you feels you are in a dream, the other part is too sick to function. A sickness that can make you cry, but you are not in fact sad, but happy. Soy Feliz pero estoy triste. Happy to be feeling something, but at the same time confused as to what you are feeling.

Sometimes we trap our love and feels. Sex and love can exist apart but also connect. Love can be felt in those quietest moments. Sitting with someone on a couch and talking. Embracing. Sitting in the back of an Uber while looking at the other person as the sunset hits their face. Silence. Hugging in the ocean. Dancing to a song.

“Turista” put it into a clear perspective. First off, that song can be a translation for many things: friends, love, familia, places. We see each other when we see each other, but never long enough to fully understand what is going on in one’s day to day life. We summarize our life to each other.

There are transient people that can unintentionally lead you to real love.

But then that real love can be Untogether together love.

Untogether together love: n. Is a type of love where two people do love each other, but are not tied to a relationship, You share a deep unconditional love that feels complete and effortless. Moments in love, glances, memories. It's not a possession, but it is a real feeling.

You do not have to be with them in order to love them, but you still feel a strong love.

One day you are sitting confused as to why you are having certain feelings, then you realise, you love someone. You might be going up your elevator and say out loud "I love ___". You see those moments in rom coms, but you can catch it happening to you.

Timing is everything.
